So yeah.
After watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica, I knew I simply HAD to make an OC for that fandom. Because seriously. It's amazing. That anime. Omg.

She doesn't have a name yet //slapped
Ok now it's Saki Michinaru 未知なる先 , meaning "the destination is yet unknown".


Her wish was "to know everything. Past, present and future, to know everything that has ever happened and ever will, the reasons for it, its consequences, and the things it will lead to... everything."

Can't remember why she wanted to know everything, though there was a reason. Possibly her family dying in a car accident or something.

Because she knows everything, she knows of course the truth about the Incubators and the Witches, etc. She also knows the exact time when she will become a Witch and how much damage she will cause. And, she knows about Homura's quest and the other timestreams, and what Madoka's wish will eventually be.
But since Madoka's wish completely changes the world, in the new timestream after Madoka makes her final wish, she no longer knows about the alternate timesteam in which Witches existed, or about Madoka - Homura is the only one who knows that.

Her weapon, which you see her holding, is a quill sharpener. It's "scattering" like Sayaka's sword and Mami's guns (so she can summon many more).
Soul gem is on her chest. Magically. Yup. Inactive form is a hair clip; as you can see the front part of her hair is drawn back behind her head (like Kanade from Angel Beats).
